3: Product molding
The prepared raw materials are conveyed to a fully automatic press through a conveyor for compression molding. The fully automatic press used in this project uses advanced equipment from Sacmi, Italy, with stable performance, low noise and low waste residue rate. The waste residue is collected by dust collector and manually, and all recycled and reused. At the same time, it is enclosed around the press to reduce noise.
4: Calcining process
The products formed by the press are sent to the roller kiln from the conveyor roller table for drying and calcination, and the sintering temperature is about 1000°C. The kiln firing adopts clean gas fuel-natural gas, and the open flame firing process is implemented, so that energy can be fully utilized. The waste heat of the kiln is also collected through the pipeline, and the waste heat is used to dry the products. The exhaust gas is discharged after three-stage water filtration and dust removal.
5: Modification and selection
After the burned products are pattern modified according to the requirements of the demander, the products are selected by the inspectors according to the product standards, and then they are finished products.
