Q1: Are you trading company or manufacturer ?
A: We are factory located in Hangzhou, Zhejiang.
Q2: How long is your delivery time?
A: Generally it is 2-3 days if the goods are in stock. or not it is 25-30 days for the production.
Q3: Do you provide samples ? Is it free or extra ?
A: Yes, we could offer the sample for free charge if the samples in stock but do not pay the cost of freight.
Q4: What is the quality of your products guarantee?
A: We have passed ISO9001:2008 Quality Management System Certification, CQM Quality Management System Certification.
Q5: How to get an accurate quotation?
A: If you already have a sample at hand, please send us the existing samples, and we will quote to you once we receive the samples.
If there is no sample, please send us the drawing /print of the fastener, we will check all the specification including the dimension, surface treatment, material,
and our mechanical engineer will evaluate if it will be applied to production.
Q6. Can you make my designs?
A: Yes, OEM/ODM is welcome, pls feel free to send us pictures. If necessary, we can keep your design be protected under law
