HDPE (high-density polyethylene) offers excellent impact resistance, light weight, low moisture absorption, and high tensile strength. HDPE is also non-toxic and non-staining.

High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) is more rigid and harder than LDPE's density. Its tensile strength is four times that of LDPE and its compressive strength is three times better. Compared to UHMWPE it has approximately 1/3 the wear resistance and 1/2 the impact resistance.
