Micro Francis Turbine

1. The features of Francis turbine is simple structure and reliable operation; high efficiency, suitable for water head of 10 m-70m , which is currently one of the mostly widely used; 2. When the water flows through this kind of turbine working wheel, it enters and leaves in the radial direction, so it is also called the radial axial flow turbine; 3. Mixed hydro turbine, also known as Francis turbine,water flow from the surrounding radial flow into the runner, and then approximately axial flow out of the runner, the runner is composed of the upper crown, lower ring and blade; 4.Single output from dozens of kilowatts to hundreds of thousands of kilowatts.At present, the maximum output of this kind of turbine has exceeded 700,000 kilowatts.lt is one of the most widely used water turbine.

Micro Inclined jet hydro turbine generatorTurbine

Mini inclined jet turbine is made by nozzle, runner, support part( machine seat), which is suitable for water head 7-40m, the diameter of pressure pipe is from 70mm-150mm. When water flows from the pressure foray into the turbine nozzle through pipe, its potential energy is converted to kinetic energy by the nozzle. The high speed water jet comes out from the nozzle strikes at the buckets (blades) at a certain angle (not in a tangential direction) against the rotating surface of the runner. The water flows into the propeller (turbine runner) from one side and flows out from other side.

Micro Tubular Turbine

Shaft extension tubular turbine adopts horizontal axial layout, structure on the obvious characteristic is the center line of the guide vane and the unit into 65 ° to decorate, the axial taper guide water institutions.The unit flow channel is composed of water inlet pipe, seat ring, conical water guide mechanism, runner chamber, tail water cone pipe, s-type tail water elbow pipe and tail water channel.The runner of the axial extension tubular water turbine unit is axial, and the water flow is parallel to the runner of the turbine shaft.In this way, the upstream inflow can be evenly introduced into the conical water guide mechanism with as little hydraulic loss as possible, forming an ideal loop to enter the runner chamber, and then efficiently converted into the mechanical energy of the turbine.

Micro Pelton Turbine

Runner vane of Pelton turbine like bucket, with center line of jet flow tangential to runner pitch, then water flow pass energy to the runner and drive runner rotation, which is suitable for water head 9-40m and diameter of pipe is 80mm.

Micro Axial Turbine

Axial turbine generator unit is widely used for low water head such as small river, small dam, etc. The mini axial turbine generator is made by generator and Impeller coaxial.
