Unidirectional Fabric
Unidirectional glass fiber fabric is made of alkali-free glass fiber yarn directly with one-way 0 ° or 90 ° in parallel, weaves thread lockstitch with polyester sewing and become, with the glass fiber chopped layer and stitch-bonded nonwoven layer for composite mat.
Biaxial Fabric
The general direction of Biaxial fabrics are 45° ,also the directions can be randomly changed from±20°--±90°, attaching (50-500)g/m2 CSM or Nonwoven fabric on the bottom.
The total weight is 300-2000g/m2, the width is from 5-100 inches.
Triaxial Fabric
Triaxial glass fiber fabric are the Fibers in the Triaxial Series are laid at 0°/+45°/-45° or +45°/90°/-45° to the length of the cloth. It also can be added the chopping layer (50~600g/m2) or non-woven fabrics (15~100g/m2), stitched together with polyester yarn. The area weight can be 600~2000 g/m2. The width can be 2~100 inches. This fabric is suitable for Polyester resin, Vinyl resin, Epoxy resin, Phenolic resin etc. It is mainly used in wind energy, boat-building, sports, automobile, train industry etc.
Quadraxial Fabric
The general direction of Quad-axial Fabrics are 0°/90°/+45°/-45°, also the directions can be randomly changed from ±20°--±90°, attaching (50-500g/m2) CSM or nonwoven fabric. The weight of fabric s 600-2000g/m2 and the width is from 5-100 inches.
This fabric is suitable for Polyester resin, Vinyl resin, Epoxy resin, Phenolic resin etc.
The main usages are mould manufacturing, various trunks and hulls industries.

Each roll is packed in a polyethylene bag inside,then outside with a cardboard box,then on pallet.

Q2. How can I confirm for making bulk?
A:Sample made as your request and send to you for approval, after confirming all details then arrange production.
Q3. How can I get a sample from you to check quality?
A:You can give us your technical details , and then we will offer sample as your specification,or you can send us samples and we can make a counter sample for you. Usually sample time needs about 5-10days.
Q4.Do you charge for the samples?
According to our company policy, the samples are free,you only charge the freight fee. And we will return the freight fee If you set the order .
Q5. What is your MOQ (minimum order quantity) of products?
A:For trail order, MOQ is 1000kg.
Q6. What about your delivery time? Can we receive our goods on time ?
A:Usually around 2-5 weeks after order confirmed. Exact delivery time depends on order quantity.
Q7. What about your trade and Payment Terms?
A: Payment ≤1000USD, 100% in advance. Payment ≥1000USD, 30% T/T in advance ,balance before shipment, or 100% irrevocable letter of credit.
