| Product Description: FJ00952 is a TNPP additive free, high molecular weight high density polyethylene copolymer grade specifically designed for blown film applications. Its high molecular weight, broad molecular weight distribution and high density combine successfully to give excellent extrudability with high film strength and rigidity.Typical Applications: FJ00952 resin is recommended for blown film extrusion. this product is suggested for the manufacture of high strength grocery sacks, shopping bags and high quality thin films for multi wall sack liners and replacement for thin paper products. Films of this product can be readily treated and printed to give high quality graphics. |

Pictures and applications
High density polyethylene (HDPE) is an opaque white waxy material, non-toxic and odorless, with a specific gravity of 0.941~0.960. It is soft and pliable, but slightly harder and slightly longer than LDPE.
Advantages: acid and alkali resistance, organic solvent resistance, excellent electrical insulation, low temperature, can still maintain a certain toughness.The surface hardness, tensile strength, rigidity and other mechanical strength are higher than LDPE, close to PP, tougher than PP, but the surface finish is not as good as PP.
Disadvantages: poor mechanical properties, poor air permeability, easy deformation, easy aging, easy to brittle, brittleness is lower than PP, easy to stress cracking, surface hardness is low, easy to scratch.Difficult to print, printing, need to carry on the surface discharge treatment, can not electroplate, the surface is dull.
Application: Used for extruding packing film, rope, woven bag, fishing net, water pipe;Low-grade daily necessities and shell injection molding, non-load-bearing components, plastic boxes, turnover boxes;Extrusion blow molding containers, hollow products, bottles.
