Surface Treatment Introduction
Anodic Oxidation Products:
1. Parts of anodizing film thickness comes to 11 μm (national standard ≥8 μm). We can do it even 15-25 μm which is much a little expensive.
2. Anodized silver white, black, champagen are the hot saled color.
Electrophoresis products:
1. Higher -level than anodic oxidation, with much brighter and smoother sufface.
2. Parts of anodizing film thickness comes to 14μm (national standard ≥ 9μm). Electrophoretic-coated film thickness is 17μm (national standard ≥7μm). Total film thickness is 31μm (national standard ≥ 16μm)
3. Colors of champagne, black, sandblasted silver white are hot saled product.
Powder Coating Products:
1. Parts of general powder coated, the film thickness comes to 51 μm (national standard ≥40 μm). We have many colors for your choice.
2. Fluorocarbon (PVDF) is widely used outdoor, with 10-15 years warranty. The film thickness of 2 times coated comes to 25-30μm, 3 times coated is ≥ 35 μm. PPG/AKZU NOBEL paint with 3 times coated is 15-20 years warranty. Certificate can be offered.
Wood Grain (with transfer printing paper) Products:
It's not wood, it's Aluminum. More excellent than wood.
1. High-level and smooth surface. Many colors can be offered.
2. Akzu Nobel weather-resistance powder for wood grain color, 10 years and15years offered.
Mill finised products:
Made of high purity aluminum ingot, can be processed with many different surface treatment.
Brushed and Polished Products：
High-level surface vision.
1. Brushed, many colors for your choice.Extintion gloss brushed or shinning brushed offered.
2. Polished, gloss degree of 100 degree, 200 degree. 500 degree for your choice. Aluminium allogy grade 6463-t5 can meet 500 degree, and we can offer 6463-t5.

1. Inside package with protective film or EPE 2. Outside package with water proof paper,
3. Customized, plastic bag or shrink film each aluminum profile, outside with wood frame/box/case, or iron frame with wheel.

1. What kind of your company's business style?
Cherry: Our company is a manufacturer, with import and export right, located in Foshan, China. We have been engaged in aluminum profile production for 27 years.
2. How about your raw material?
Cherry: We buy aluminum ingot with high purity aluminum, comes to 97%，and cast aluminum ingot into different aluminum alloy grade, such as 6063, 6061, 6082. We own our casting workshop. We do not use aluminum scrap as raw material.
3. Is it your product with good quality?
Cherry: Yes. We manage and control product quality according to ISO9001 and excutive standard as per GB5237.1-2008.
4. What about MOQ?
Cherry: Generally, 500kgs/item/color.
5. How long you can delivery our goods?
Cherry: Within 15 days for mold devlopment and length of < 50cm mill finished sample for your confirm. Bulk production within 30 days after you confirmed the sample.
6. What's your payment term？
Cherry: Full mold payment if mold development needed. 30% deposit of goods amount for length 3-6m.
( 40% deposit of goods amount for CNC machining aluminum profile).
Our price is based on EXW, not including any freight to anywhere. We can also offer you a reference freight.
