Product introduction
Adhering to the technical advantages of Sonnen nitrogen determination apparatus and the consistent style of rigorous design, strict material selection, easy operation and safety first, it is a concise and not simple economical nitrogen determination instrument.
For the purposes of bringing convenience to operation by staff and ensuring the safety operation, it is controlled by a single-chip microcomputer. Only with two switches (a distillation switch and an alkali addition switch) can you easily finish the work, leaving the rest to the single-chip microcomputer for handling. (Because of economic reasons, it is the only Sonnen nitrogen determination apparatus adopting tap water in steam furnace, therefore, test results will be impacted a little by different water quality).
The single-chip microcomputer controls automatic preheating and automatic water (tap water) replenishing, and a long-life digital signal liquid level probe and a temperature probe are internally arranged.
The single-chip microcomputer controls steam pressure and distillation power to ensure no overpressure danger, and a steam pressure monitoring device is internally arranged.
The single chip microcomputer controls circulating water and acts along with the start and stop of distillation, and the flow is automatically controlled at 2.5 liters per minute in cooperation with an imported flow-limiting valve, which not only is convenient for the operator, but also saves precious water resources.
PTFE bellows pump resistant to corrosion and crystallization blockage is adopted for alkali addition
