Product Description
SCIENTZ-150 high pressure homogenizer is a miniaturized desktop biological sample processing device. The instrument has a built-in cooling circulation system that directly cools the homogenizing head. It can be equipped with a secondary homogenization module and can choose homogenizing valves for different applications. It has high pressure, small size, convenient operation and processing efficiency The characteristics of high and large sample volume. Working principle
The material enters the high-pressure chamber from the material cup through the one-way valve, and the sample reaches the adjusted and controlled high pressure through the expansion and contraction of the pump body, and is released instantaneously through the flow-limiting gap of a specific width to form a micro jet hitting the impingement valve or the homogenization valve, in turn Through the effects of cavitation, impact, and shearing, the emulsification and dispersion of materials and the purpose of a cell pulverizer are achieved.
