Based on the principle of magnetic beads separation and purification, Plasma Circulating DNA Maxi Kit is suitable for purification of high quality circulating nucleic acid from 0.5-10mL serum and plasma. There is no need to use toxic phenol and chloroform during the extraction process, and there is no time-consuming alcohol precipitation. The kit can be integrated with magnetic rod or pipetting method of automatic nucleic acid extractor for high-throughput extraction Experimental Case, or manual operation.
