This model is mainly used for tensile and compression tests on various coil springs.The test force of the spring can be measured at a specified length, or the length of the spring can be measured at a specified test force.
The machine uses all-digital speed control system and precision motor with high precision speed, stable performance as the drive system, ZCTEST control software as the core control system, based on Windows interface control and data processing software , to achieve the test force, test force peak, beam displacement and deformation test and test curve screen display, and all the test operation can be done automatically by the mouse on the computer.

Transmission system is consisted of deceleration system, precision screw pair and guiding light axis and other components.

Driven by precision digital governor and motor.

The test force measurement and control system consists of high-precision load sensor, measurement amplifier, A/D conversion, voltage stabilizing power supply and etc. The control system of displacement measurement is composed of photoelectric encoder, double frequency shaping circuit and counting circuit .The functions of computer display, control and data processing are realized through various signal processing.
