Best choice light weight concrete foaming agent polyurethane
Hydrophobic Polyurethane Foaming Agent is a single component hydrophobic water cut-off grout and soil stabilization grout based on a MDI (Methylene Diphenyldiisocyanate) polyurethane. The cured material is semi flexible and of a constant volume. Since water is not a component of the foam structure, the cured material is essentially not effected by water or dryness. The reacted material does not shrink or swell.
- Once contact with water, react immediately and expand. It can also expand when contact with vapor in the air.
- High elasticity, hardness and low toughness.
- Exceptionally strong adhesion strength with the sustrate and good mechanical resistance(anti-water, seawater, waste water, dilute acid or alkaline chemicals)
- do not have air shrinkage phenomenon.
- It has nontoxicity after complete reaction.

Packing and storage:
10-20kg per round iron pail. Store indoors with good ventilation and keep away from fire, sunlight.
Precaution:
Wear protective equipment (gloves, masks, goggles) to avoid skin contact directly when in perfusion. Please rinse with water if contaminated with slurry, inadvertently contaminated on eyes , look for medical care immediately after water rinsing .
