A: Yes. We will make a before-production sample according to your artwork and size chart for you to check.
Q5: Can I use my own sizing chart?
A: Yes.
Q6: What's your sample policy?
A: Sample fee is refundable. We will return different proportion of sample fee to you based on the quantity of your bulk order.
Q7: What about the lead-time for the customized sample?
A: It is about 3 to 5 business days after all information confirmed by you.

A: It is within 15 days normally. But if you have any urgent order, it can also be negotiated.
