Q1:Are you a factory?
A:We are factory trade integration,and has been in business for 10 years
Q2:How to place an order?
A:1.Sample approval.
2.Mass Production.

A:Yes, we can provide sample to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.

A: Sample is 1-3days days, mass order generally 7-15days depends on the order quantity and your specific requirements.
Q5: How to proceed the order if I have logo printing?
A: First, pls provide your AI file , then Sample picture or sending sample to you for confirmation, finally we will go to mass production.

A: Normal our MOQ is 2pcs or normal product .
Q7:How to ship the goods and make the payment?
A:Regard the mass production,it is ship by sea or by air,depend on final decision.We accept T/T, Western Union or Money Gram for bulk order,(30% deposit , 70% balance to be paid after inspection).

A:For items in stock,after you confirm and make payment,3-5 days we can delivery,For OEM orders,based items which you choose lead time from 15-30 days.

A: Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. We can build the molds and fixtures.

A: We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock, but the customers have to pay the sample cost and the courier cost.
