STEP-1-Coffee
Add 1 scoop(0.25oz/7gr)of
PHOENIX coarse ground coffee per cup(4 oz/0.12 l)of water.
SPEP-2-Water
To reach the perfect temperature of 195-205°F/
90-96°C,bring the water to a full boil and then
allow it to rest for 30 seconds before pouring.
STEP-3-Press
Let the coffee brew for 4 minutes. Place
the lid on the pot with the plunger in the
raised position.
STEP-4-Enjoy
Press the plunger using your fingertips. Before
pressing, make sure that the safety lid is
turned into the "safe" position, so no splashing
occurs. Look! Your perfect cup of coffee, brewed
