Processing of Waste Copper Cable Stripping Machine

Firstly, the waste copper cable is roughly shredded by the shredder into about 10mm pieces, then the mixture will be delivered to the crusher to be crushed into 3-5mm particles in which process iron material is separated by magnet. And then the copper will be separated from PVC plastic by vibrating since things of different weight can be separated in vibrating. Finally, copper particles and plastic particles are collected respectively. To make sure the copper hair can be collected, the collected plastic particles are processed again through an electrostatic device.
