NOTE: There are several types of silicone sealant, our machine can produce every type of the sealant. But the machine configuration would be different for different products.
1. Acid silicone sealant:
1). For producing this type of sealant, there only needs: Powerful Dispersion Mixer + Press Machine + Packing Machine.
2. Neutral sealant and structural sealant:
Machine needed: Kneading Machine + Grinding Miller + Planetary Mixer (or Powerful Dispersion Mixer) + Press Machine + Packing Machine.
3. Packing machine:
There are many types of packing machine, can be devided as:
1). Manual packing machine, Semi-automatic packing machine, Full-automatic packing machine
2). Soft packing machine, hard packing machine.
