Pipe insulation for oil and gas has three layers, liner is high-SI aluminum cloth, and insulating layer is ceramic or glass fiber, and the protestion layer is ceramic fiber with high temperature resistance paint coat, which is water, oil, acid and alkali proof. The standard thickness is about 25 to 30mm, temperature resistance more than 1000 cent degree. Normal lifetime is 3 years. And the energy saving rate is 25% to 40%.
