1.Accord with TIA568-C.2 and extent the test from 100MHz to 350MHz.

2. Jacket can be PVC, LSZH AND PE selected.

3. Wire guage is 24AWG, 305m per box.

4. Length mark can be printed in jacket. Drawline at the mouth of box is 305m, so you can know the line allowance of inner box clearly and reduce the waste.

5. High-speed transmission for voice, data and video signal supported.

6. Color can be customized according to requirement.

Production Review

Pure Copper

As we are focused on bare copper lan cables, so copper’s selection is the most basic requirement.
We purchase oxygen-free copper (OFC), less oxygen content (<10ppm) and high purity (>=99.99%, not 98%),
which affect much the current resistence then the transmission of the signal.

Stretching

To stretch pure copper into certain diameter, there will be an electronic detector for each single cord

Insolation

Outside of the pure copper is the insulation.
The raw material is imported from U.S.A. or other foreign countries.
The cost is higher but the quality is much better.
It helps better meet the performance standard during production.

Two Parameters

To guarantee the performance, there are at least 2 fundamental parameters for the copper and insulation:
1) concentricity;
2) ellipticity.

Note

For each roll of wires, a note is attached to trace the production.

Twisting

After insulation, the wires will be twisted together, which requires more techniques and experiences.
Because the lay of each pair of wire is different, so is the capacitance.

The production can only be continued when the resemblance is more than 95% in above factors among the 4 pairs.
The twisting directly affects the balance of the signals among the four pairs.
So we have regular inspection and upgrading.

OUTER JACKET

Regarding the outer jacket, we have our own plant to produce.
So the production and quality are under control.
Each kind of material will be tested at our laboratories.
All meet the standards of RoHS2.0 and Reach.
The easiest way to check the quality is that the inferior cables have bad
feel and acid smell.
