How our seaming do.
Inline Can Washer / Can Rinser
This machine is an auto rinsing machine for various aluminum/tin/pet can. It is an ideal option for small or middle type of manufacture, which use for rinsing aluminum/tin/pet can such as water can, wine can, carbonated drinks can, juice can and so on. The machine is automatically rinsing the cans except for artificial bottle entry.
Counter pressure / Isobaric pressure filling.
“MIC”Counter pressuring filling does not create foaming during fill, unless beer is above 36°F. Counter Pressure filling leaves 1.27CM headspace, required by can manufacturers for product expansions and potential warming during distribution. Counter pressuring filling keep full of carbonation and more accurate at nominal volume.
Without foaming during filling process.
Our machine does not like In-Line filling must foam during filling to clear head space. This type of fobbing is high in oxygen and creates high dissolved oxygen in head space. Counter pressuring filling does not create foaming during fill.
Foaming device before seaming.
“MIC”Counter pressure fillers fob with hot water or beer jet after fill to eliminate head space and exposure to atmosphere. Jet fobbing is the practice used by high-standard breweries.
Measured low TPO.
We have tested with DO meter, our TPO is lower than 60PPB. If client equip a Nitrogen jetter before fills. The TPO will be lower than 30PPB.“MIC”also provides skill to lower dissolved oxygen less during your production(20PPB).

Q:What is the foot print of the entire canning line? I do not know how many meters of conveyors are involved so can not determine the over-all size of the line with all of its components.
We will design and make a layout plan according to customer's factory floor plan.
Q:What is the cost to send installation/training staff? How many staff do you need to send?
Whole installation/traning process needs 2peoples. Around 10days. Client needs to provide us round-air ticket, visa fee, local transpotation, accomodation, food, and 200USD/day/person.
Q:Beside aluminum can filling Machine, can you supply other accessories like depalletizer or labeling machine for complete line?
