Q1: Can I get a sample of the product?
A1: Of course, you are very welcomed to ask for a sample product for quality testing, but you will need to pay for the delivery fee. The price of delivery will depend on the destination, please contact us for more details.

Q3: Do you have a MOQ?
A3: Yes, we do have a MOQ limit. But this will depend on the type of products, please contact us for more details.
Q4: How is your delivery date and shipping?
A4: Normally, our delivery data is about 7-10 days after confirmed, but it also depends on the quantity and your location situation.

Q7: What is overcharge?
A: After charge, tested the batteries' initial state and capacity. Charge to 10.0V at 3C current, then charge to 0.01C at CV mode. Observe changes in battery appearance.
Q8.Do you have after-sales service and warranty time?
A8: Yes, we are offering a one year after-sales service, any quality problems incurs in one year we will promise to replace a brand new one for customer freely and ensure 2 years warranty.
