We provide seamless tube and welded tube, two kinds of titanium tube.
Titanium seamless tube is processed by the breakdown of titanium ingot, extruding to titanium tube billet. Then produce titanium tubes to appropriate size with series of processes such as multiple rolling, annealing, pickling, and grinding technology.
Titanium welded tube is by selecting a suitable thickness of the high quality cold rolled titanium plate, after the process of flattening, cutting and washing, then rolled up titanium plate into tubular, welding by the whole automatic welding equipment. Our advanced welding equipment guaranteed the quality of welding. Ultimately help to produce the excellent quality titanium tube.

Properties of Titanium Metal
A.High strength, low weight. Despite being as strong as steel, titanium is about 40% lighter in weight.(aerospace industry, chemical and military hardware, construction material).
B.Exceptional corrosion resistance(against sulfuric acid and hydrochloric acid) , makes it an essential structural metal for aerospace engineers.
C.Good heat resistance. Titanium alloy can be long term worked at 600℃ or higher temperature.
D.Good low temperature performance. Titanium alloys TA7 (ti-5al-2.5sn), TC4(ti-6al-4v) and ti-2.5al-1.5mo are represented by low temperature titanium alloys. The strength increases with the decrease of temperature, but the plastic property change is small. Keeping good ductility and toughness at -196-253℃, avoiding cold brittleness of metal, it is an ideal material for cryogenic containers, storage tanks and other equipment.
E.Resistance to cavitation (rapid pressure changes, that cause shock waves, which can weaken or damage metal over time).
F.Titanium has a low modulus of elasticity. This means that titanium is very flexible, and can return to its original shape after bending. Memory alloys (alloys which can be deformed when cold, but will return to their original shape when heated) are important for many modern applications.
G.Good heat transfer performance. The thermal conductivity of titanium is lower than that of carbon steel and copper, but due to it’s excellent corrosion resistance, the wall thickness can be greatly reduced, with the surface without scale, all reduce the thermal resistance, thus significantly improve the heat transfer performance.
H.Titanium is non-magnetic, non-toxic, and biocompatible (non-toxic, non-allergenic), which has led to its increasing use in the medical field(medical technology as implants, in surgical orthopaedics for joints and leg prostheses).
I.Titanium is recyclable.
