The garment is made of soft, fluffy tulle fabric and the waistband stretches generously. One of our simpler tutus, it consists of two tiers that gather at the elastic waist. It works with most clothing for young wearers who love looking like they enjoy a bit of luxury. Easy to take on and off, it makes dress rehearsal a snap.
This BellaSous multi layered princess-style or ballet-style tutu skirt (style 421) is perfect for this year’s top Halloween costumes, be they a Disney Princess characters like Rapunzel, Wonder Woman, Minnie Mouse, or a glittery kitty cat. While we think our tutu is fancy enough on its own, it’s easy to customize for more sparkle. Add sequins for extra glitter, or a touch of lace. Your little Carrie Bradshaw can wear it over tights for a fun, urban fairy look.

The X-Small/Child size waist stretches from 19” to 38” inches (fully stretched). This is a mock pancake-style tutu, so will need to be worn with a bodysuit, leotard, or slip shorts at the very least.

INSTRUCTION: Wash in warm water using your favorite delicates/gentle detergent. No bleach. Allow to drip dry. Machine drying not recommended. Use a hand steamer to increase volume and add lift to your toddler’s favorite outfit.

Return Replacement
Returns
We offer return/replacement of most products ordered on Malco Modes within 30 calendar days of purchase. Pettipants or clearance items, under any circumstances, cannot be returned for health reasons. If you get a defective product, we will replace it or issue a credit at no cost to the customer.
We only ask that you don’t use the product and preserve its original condition, tags, and packaging. You are welcome to try on a product, but please take adequate measures to maintain its condition.
Once we receive the product in an unused condition, we will issue a refund for the full cost of the item, minus the shipping and handling, and a 15% restocking fee. Please allow 2 weeks for the refund to show up on your statement after we receive the item.
To return an item, please contact customer service at service@malcomodes.biz to receive a return authorization number. Then please send the items, a copy of the invoice, the return authorization number assigned to you, and an explanation of the reason for return to the following address:
