a. What is the minimum order quantity ?
Our MOQ is 30 units per design for silver and brass jewelry , for gold jewelry it can be 10 units per design.
b. How long to deliver ?
Sample delivery in 7-10 days .
Mass order for silver/brass jewelry is 3-4 weeks.
Mass order for gold jewelry is 6 to 14 days.
c. How to pay ?
1) Sample order: 100% payment is needed in advance.
2) Mass order for silver/brass jewelry : Please prepay 30% as deposit ,and balance will be paid before shipment.
3) Mass order for gold jewelry : Please prepay 50% as deposit ,and balance will be paid before shipment.
d. Can you make customized designs ?
Yes , we have a professional design team with more than 10 years experiences , any custom creation ideas with drawing or sample would be welcome , we can create CAD for you to approve .
e. Can you provide one pc sample ? Free sample and free shipping ?
One pc sample would be available before placing order ,but retail is not our intention , we will charge sample fee and shipping cost .
