Production Process
Step 1.
Strength-grading，Cutting off knots and other wood-defects
Step 2.
Finger-jointing with Henkel glue,The ends of two plates to be connected
Step 3.
Gluing,Lamellas are stacked and pressed in straight press.
Step 4.
After the gluelines are hardened the raw glulam is usually planed and chamfered..
Step 5.
In most cases the glulam members are cut to their final size and joints are fixed in the plant.
Step 6.
CNC machinery , pre-drill holes for electric pipes,and water pipes. and some other process.

All the timber we use are imported from Canada and Russia.
Superior Russia pine wood, SPF and spruce have been applied into manufacturing our prefab wooden houses to ensure its stability and durability. Besides, all the imported timber has been through
heat treatment to enhance its lifetime and performance by reducing the influence of temperature difference on timber,moisture is 12%±2%.

A4: yes, we can. The sample will be cost 1.5 times of its original price but the extra cost will be refund you once you place the order.

A5: For the painting, our customers usually purchase it on thelocal market because of the difficulty of custom clearance.

A6: yes, of course. We can farbicated according to your drawings.
Q7: what's your payment terms and trade terms?
A7: 30%T/T deposit before production, the balance 70% against the copy of B/L. FOB /CIF/CNF Price or other request.
