Packaging:

1): Paint oil on the surface to protect steel bars from rusting.

2): Bundle packing by Iron Strips.

3): Bundle weight is from 2mt to 3 mt.

4): Two or three tags will be attached on each bundle. In general, at one end of each bar, tags will be attached, containing the followings: Description of Goods, Heat No., Steel Grade, Size, NR, WT, Date and Origin.

Of course, all depends on customers’ requirements.

  Both end of each bar must be cut.

 Must be ladle furmanced and vacuum de-gassed.

 Must show heat number on each bar.

 Surface condition:The surface of the hot rolles square/round bar shall be free cracks,scar and wrinkles that affect the use of the products. In case there is the above-mentioned defect,it shall be removed.

The mill test certificate shall show the chemical composition,and it is guaranteed that the chemical composition shall be within the limit stipulated in the contract.
