Do you accept custom PCBA?
Litongwei (LTW) has more than 16 years of MBS design and production experience. We customize their BMS solutions for more than 1,000 customers. Customization is very welcome.
What format of Bom List you prefer?
We prefer in MS-Excel with Components Part No.,Manufacturer,Quantity,Value info, other format are also accepted.
What files do you use in bare pcb fabrication?
Gerber RS-274X,274D,Eagle and AutoCAD's DXF,DWG
How long will we get the quotation after providing pcb gerber file, completed bom list,part datasheet and PNP file?
The quotation will be sent in 2work days, for some special components, you also could recommend supplier to us.
How do I know what material OR type my battery is ?
Please look the battery body,if the normal voltage of your battery shows 3.2V,the battery is LiFePo4.If the normal voltage of your battery shows 3.6V or 3.7V, the battery is Li-ion or Li-polymer battery, You can also ask battery manufacturer for the material of battery.
What is the Common port and Separate port? what is the difference?
We take 13S 48V16A BMS as example:
Common port 16A means your charge cathode and discharge cathode are connected in the same point end (our P-), charge cathode and discharge cathode are used in the common connection port, so the charge current and discharge current are same as 16A.
Separate port is separately connected by charge cathode (our C-) and discharge cathode (our P-), so the charge current and discharge current are different, discharge current is 16A, charge current is 8A.
Is this BMS suit for my battery?
This BMS suit your battery or not depends on below 2 points:
How many series you cell is in your battery pack? The BMS you buy must be same series as your battery pack.
What material your battery is? Only the LiFePo4 battery has different electric parameter from other battery, so if you need buy the BMS for LiFePo4, Please let us know firstly.
If all PCBAs will be tested before delivery if we provide the function testing method?
Yes, we ensure that each piece of PCBA will be tested before shipment, we ensure the goods we sent with good quality.
