 1.Are you a professional factory ?
 A: Of course we are a professional factory with 10 years experience in Doors & Windows. Products cover more  than 50 countries, over 2000 cities around the world. Our annual output is up to two million square meters. It’s  the largest Doors & Windows factory in Foshan Guangdong.

 2.What is your factory product range ?
 A: Our product range includes Aluminum doors & Windows, Curtain walls, Wooden doors, Shower room and  Sunroom.

 3.What’s your policy for samples?
 A: For completely doors or windows ,we have to charge some cost on actual situation. But we will refund the  sample charge to you if you place order next time.

 4.What’s your trade terms and payment term?
 A: Our trade term is EXW,FOB,CFR and CIF.Payment term is 30% deposit by T/T before mass production,the  balance paidbefore delivery . We’ll show you the photos of the finished products and packages before you  arrange the balance.

 5.What’s your special service?
 A: Overseas installation service:After finish production,we will send customers production photos.If no  problem,then customers pay the balance:After finish loading container,we will send loading details and loading  pictures for you reference .

 6.Can you make the door according to our drawing?
 A: Yes,we can.But customer should send us drawing to check first,then we talk in details.If we can’t make it ,we  will inform customer.

 7.How about your warranty?
 A: Warranty is five-ten years.

 8.Where is your factory? How can I visit it?
 A: Our factory is in Foshan city,Guangdong Province. It’s nearby Guangzhou (about 18KM from Jiaokou Metro  station).About one hour’s driving from Baiyun airport. Warmly welcome to visit us!

 9.What’s your delivery port and delivery time?
 A: Our delivery port is normally in Huangpu or Shenzhen port in China .Lead time is 25~30days after 30%  deposit received.
