  The pit type protective atmosphere annealing furnace consist as: furnace body,vacuum pump,stainless steel vessel and temperature control system.

The protective atmosphere use N2 gas fill into the furnace vessel,after annealing the surface of the wire is matt color because the N2 gas protective atmosphere without H2 as reduction gas.

The customer offer two kind of wire:

1. Diameter2.5-6mm,roll size:outer diameter 800-850 mm, height: 1000 mm, weight 600-700KG.  Need 10tons one day.

2. Diameter6-15mm,roll size:outer diameter 1100mm, inner diameter 600 mm, height:1500mm,weight 1500KG. Need 5tons one day.

We plan two types of  loading:

1. the 2.5-6mm wire load 7 pieces of coil on one floor, and 5 floors (4 floors as height 1000mm and 1 floor as 300-400mm)weight: about 20 tons.

2. 2.the 6-15mm wire load 4 pieces of coil on one floor and 2 floors. weight 12 tons.

Equipment details:

1 furnace body:

1.1 the furnace shell is welded by steel plates and sharp irons. The surface have polish and rust treatment, paint high temperature paint(300℃ paint).

1.2 The furnace outer line is build by Shaped brick and refractory material, the outer line sharp build according to the vessel.

1.3 Inner line is piled with Refractory fiber cotton and blanket,thickness:325mm(25mm cotton blanket and 300mm sharp fiber),max temperature: 1260℃,between the sharp fibers  are fill with blankets.

 2 Heat system:

2.1 Power source:3P-380V power: 560KW

2.2 Heat element:belt type heat element(0Cr21Al6Nb)

2.3 Power controller:SCR heatcontroller(0-100%)

2.4 Temperature control:7 zones, PID

2.5.5 Heat element fix method:use ceramic nail to fix the heat elements on the linging, it can effectively prevent heat leakage

3 Stainless steel vessel:

3.2 barrel body material:SUS321*10mmthickness,bottom: SUS321*10mmthickness

3.3 barrel body have the hyperbolic wave forming treatment, it have high strength and not easy to deformation and cracking.

3.4 The barrel have light design to reduce the bottom press.

3.5 double sealed ceramic fiber packing and configuration of 8 sets of manual clamping device, good sealing performance

3.6 The heat insulation cotton felt can effectively prevent leakage of steam drum.

3.7 Thermocouple tube use thick stainless steel tube to increase the service life.

  4 Diversion plates

4.1 Material:SUS321*10mmthickness

4.2 Use many plates system, welded as 30~45°,keep strong structure and improve the hot air uniformity.

4.3 improve the furnace hot air uniformity

5 furnace cover:

5.1 Furnace cove:1 set.

5.2 the furnace cover top use plate and strong with sharp irons. The furnace cover structure could fix the fan.

5.3 Round shape bottom head material is SUS321*8mm thickness.

5.4 The head is formed by spinning, this type of structure is lighter and reduce the weight

5.5 The furnace cover line is lay by Refractory fiber cotton to reduce the heat loss.

5.6 The sealing flange and the inner barrel are in exact agreement, which can effectively keep the pressure in the furnace

5.7 The gas pipes use thick stainless steel tubes.

6.fan cycle system 

6.1 use double water cooling sealed motor, inverter control can effectively protect the motor.

6.2 fan speed:  0~1440rpm (according to the actual medium of equipment)

6.3 the fan work power:22KW, the fan blade diameter 1000mm

7.vacuum pump and Inflatable system.

7.1 vacuum pump power:2.2KW

Vacuum degree:0.03Mpa-0.1Mpa

7.2Inflatable system consist as air pipes and valves,fix on the furnace cover.

8.Control system

Basic automation control system to complete all control functions of the equipment with PID control. .

The whole furnace is divided into 7 zones for temperature control. Each zone uses a power regulating regulator module and intelligent control(made in Japan), PID adjustment . The temperature control system adopts three-phase control, which consists of a temperature control meter, a power regulating voltage regulator module, a thermocouple, etc., wherein a temperature control meter, an indicator light, a button, a buzzer, etc. are mounted on the panel. The power regulating regulator module, the air switch, the AC contactor and the like are installed in the control box, and the thermocouple is inserted into the furnace from the side of the furnace body. With manual / automatic conversion function, safe to use and easy to operate;

The system can save various process curves and fault and alarm records as required. In addition, a no-paper Recorder is separately equipped to record the real-time working temperature curve of the furnace.

The system has complete alarm and security protection functions;

Control cabinet: the control cabinet is arranged in a centralized manner;

The control cabinet is a front and rear door opening structure, and the control room must be independent and dustproof;

The control room has an ambient temperature of 30 ° C or less;

Set the total voltmeter and total current meter; set three-phase ammeter in each heating zone

Low-voltage electrical appliances: relays, contactors, circuit breakers, indicator lights, button switches, etc.; the control cabinets are equipped with centralized terminal blocks, which are safe, standardized and tidy; all lines are numbered, and the markings are standardized and clear.
