Q:How can I get sample?
A: We can make sample based on your requirements and printed with your own logo.
It’s better if you have original sample or drawing of design.But it’s also okay if haven’t, we can design it after collecting your ideas or photos.
Q: How about sample fee?
A:If you need us customize your own design, we will charge you according to the size,materials and other details.
But if you only want to get a existing box to check quality, we can provide it to you for free.
Q: How soon can I receive sample?
A: Normally, it need 3-5 days for paper box, 5-8 days for leather box, 8-10 days for wooden box.
Exact time depend on the materials you select and the quantity of samples you request.

Q: How to place the order?
A: Step1, sending inquiry to us directly and tell us your requirements.
Including size, material, quantity, packing request or any other details which can affect price.
Step2, we will reply you within 24 hours and quote on all information you offered.
Step3, after you approved price, we will send you Proforma Invoice for confirmation.
Q: How to pay my order?
A: We accept T/T, western union for bulk order. Paypal is accetable for sample order.
Normally, 30% deposit when place order, the balance 70% paid before goods shipped out from our factory.
