Q1：Are you factory or trader?
A1:Yes, we are a factory with more than 30 years of insole production experience, so the quality is completely guaranteed.
Q2:How to get samples?
A2:Usually we could provide sample in stock for free, but you have to pay the shipping cost. It would be better if you have courier account number.
Q3:What package do you use for the products?
A3:Usually we have professional retail package for the products. Regular simple package is OPP bag, and carton. Customized package are also available based on certain MOQ.
Q4:How about the payment term?
A4:Usually we adopt T/T term. 30% T/T in advance as deposit,70% balance payment before shipment. If you have other inquiries,please contact us to talk more.
