Baking soda, also known as sodium hydrogen carbonate (food grade), white powder or fine crystallization, odourless, taste saltly, easily soluble in water.
Application:
Mainly used for food additive (leavening agent) and processing additive in food industry. For example: CO2 generating agent in drinks, soda water and cold drinks. Food additive in ferment powder for making steamed buns, pasta, biscuits and so on.
