We are very familiar with European and American customer's  working procedures, which including from developing samples to make the revised samples to production, delivery,   after prodcution service. We can develop 200 new styles each month  and can offer customer the most newest fashion elements,fabrics and accecssories.

1)When you place an order, please choose a shipping method and pay for the order including the shipping fee. We will send the items within 2-7days once your payment is completely verified.

2. Q:  What shall we do, if we need put logo on products?
A:  Pls send the logo by email, attached the picture by PDF or JEPG files, and inform us right color on the pantone.
 
3. Q:  Can I order a sample first before mass production?
A:  Yes. And there will be some sample cost, charged based on your design & artwork. We will make the sample hats for you after payment received and take pictures for your reference once finished.
 
4. Q:  Price is a sensitive issue and how do you comment on your price level?
A :  Comparing with competitors, our product lines belong to middle and high-end level prices in high quality.
 
5. Q:  Do you have any better ways to quicken the delivery time? 
A:  Since all process on after the approval of samples ,the quick-correct samples will certainly save much time ,From the past experience ,if the customers want to change the logos or designs after the samples done ,the repeat samples will take more time .so please ensure there are no mistake in the first time.
 
6. Q:  What is your opinion for small orders?
A:  We can accept the min order quantity is 200pcs per color, except for some items have the min quantity limitation.
 
7. Q:  Have you ever met any communication problems with your clients?
A:  Of course we have. Because our clients come from many different countries and regions, and they have their own mother tongues, while those problems are solved successfully in the end.
 
8. Q:  What can I do if something is wrong with my order?
A:  Please don’t worry and trust we are responsible partner who won’t leave these things behind. Meanwhile we need you to send us pictures so we can better check and know what the problem is, and then try our best to solve the problems effectively and pleasantly with you.
