Variety: According to the production technique, it can be divided into hot-dipped galvanized

wire and electric galvanized wire
Raw material: Medium or low carbon steel wire rod

Hot dipped galvanized iron wire

Wire diameter: 8#-36# (φ3.8mm,-φ0.19mm)
Tensile strength: 350N/mm2-550N/mm2(soft)
                            600N/mm2-900N/mm2(hard)
Elongation: > 8%-15%
Zinc coating: zinc coating between 25g/m2 and 336g/m2 for different wire diameters and

                     customers requirements
Packing: 1kg-800kg, spool-type or coil -type.
                Inside plastic film, outside woven bag or hessian cloth

Electric galvanized iron wire

Wire diameter: 8#-38#(φ3.8mm-φ0.15mm)
Tensile strength: 350N/mm2-550N/mm2(soft)
                           600N/mm2-900N/mm2(hard)

Elongation: >8%-15%
Zinc coating: 8-20g/mm2
Packing: 1kg-800kg, spool-type or coil -type.
               Inside plastic film, outside woven bag or hessian cloth

Use: Mainly used in producing wire mesh products like welded wire mesh, hexagonal wire

         mesh, crimped wire mesh, basket, fence mesh panel, U-type wire and etc. Also used

         in telecommunication equipment and materials, medical equipment and device, weaving

         of wire mesh, brush, steel rope,filtration mesh, high-pressure pipe, construction, arts and

         crafts, etc.

Packing details: inside with plastic film and outside with woven bags; inside with plastic film and

                          outside with hessian bags
