BW200 Horizontal double cylinder reciprocating double acting piston grouting mud pump
The BW200 mud pump is a horizontal double cylinder ratio double acting reciprocating piston pump, which is mainly used for supplying flushing liquid into the borehole in core drilling. The rinsing liquid can be mud or water. In order to adapt to the general alloy and steel grain drilling, and to meet the needs of small diameter diamond drilling, the pump is equipped with two diameter cylinder liners, φ80mm cylinder liner for alloy and steel grain drilling, φ65mm cylinder liner for For small diameter diamond drilling, this pump can be used as a supporting equipment for drilling rigs up to 1000 meters.

Main features of BW200 mud pump:
1. It has the capacity of four gears to meet the requirements of large and rigs. The flow adjustment range is large and the parameters are reasonable. Can be used with XY-4 core drilling rig and XY-5 drilling rig. It can meet the needs of different calibers, different hole depths and different geological core drilling.
2. The piston is a self-sealing S-type polyurethane rubber piston with a bowl shape and a nylon backrest, which greatly improves the service life.
3. There are five dust seals on the pull rod to prevent the mud at the hydraulic end from being brought into the power end and the power end lubricating oil filter. After many production tests, the seal is reliable and the performance is good. Causes the gear to extend its service life.
4. The inlet and outlet valves are made of steel balls. A sound-reducing rubber pad is placed on the bonnet to reduce impact noise.
5. The pressure gauge adopts BY-1 type seismic pressure gauge and has a long service life.
