Turm waste paper,such as old newspaper,magazines and cartons,into pilp of certain consistency through pupling,screening,and additive chemical application for forming ,main equipments,pulper,pulp tank,water tank,pilp pump,water pump,agitator consistency controller,control cabinet,etc.
Attach pulp onto the specially-made forming mold evenly through vacuum effect to make it into wet blank and then deliver it to the drying system.
Use geating fuels,such as GAS,LPG,LNG,diesel ,steam and thermo oil to dry the formeg wet blanks.
Count the number of dried products ,separate them and stack them up for automated packing.
Supply vacuum for product forming.
Supply compressed air for forming machine.
Supply high pressure water for washing molds of forming machine.
