1.Voltage Rate:300/500V, 450/750V
2.Cores:Twisted Pair 1~50 pairs or Triple 1~20
3.Range of Nominal cross section:0.50 mm2 ~2.5 mm2
4.Application
It is applicable to inspection instruments connection and the signal transmission of electronic computer system, monitoring loop, automatic control system.
5.Standard:IEC60092, BS5308, TICW6-2009
6.Constructions
Conductor: Class 1/2 annealed bare copper solid or strands or Class 5 fine annealed copper wire
Insulation: PVC, XLPE, PE
Armore or Shield (optional): SWA or copper braided screen or tinned copper wire screen (individual or overall screen)
Sheath: PVC
7.Max. Operating Temperature:70°C, can be 90°C as per requirement
1.Standard
The control cable can be produced according to the standard GB9330-1988,IEC60227(60502,60332),DIN, BS, and our factory can also manufacture the cables in accordance with other standards.
2.Service Conditions
(1) The long-time working temperature of conductor of PVC insulated cable is 70oC
The long-time working temperature of conductor of XLPE insulated cable is 90oC
(2) The temperature for laying the cables can not be lower than 0oC.Permissible bending radius(r):unarmoured cable:r≥6D;(D: outer diameter of the cable);armoured or copper-tape screened cable:r≥12D;shielded flexible cable:r≥6D
