BESTANK MicroBubble/Air Separators are designed for efficient separation and elimination of entrained air in hydronic heating systems.The removal of dissolved gasses and dirt particles from both chilled water and heating systems is a very important aspect in maintaining equipment in serviceable condition.

Working Princible : BESTANK Easy Air  Separator products releases the air or other gases in the system to the surrounding atmosphere. In product design, There is a air cavity area which contains a float-controlled release valve. Because the air density is lower than the density of the medium, the floating ball can freely go up and down and lose its buoyancy and sink. Therefore, open the release valve;

There is enough space around the float, and the air chamber can go up and down freely when dirt deposits in the air cavity. The special design of the release valve ensures automatic exhaust in harsh conditions.

The floating dirt in the specially designed exhaust chamber will not affect the normal operation of the exhaust valve, and the pressure of the large-capacity exhaust chamber is more stable.
