For three generations, the Riseria Campanini has carefully selected the best rice from the lands of the Italian rice tradition. Riseria Campanini has a storage method that differentiates it from other operators in the sector: the raw material, paddy, is in fact deposited in a system of small silos that allow the rice from each farm to be processed separately. In this way, the homogeneity of the final product in cooking and its traceability is guaranteed. The processing takes place according to the artisan tradition without chemical treatments and with the most modern controls, in full compliance with the HACCP rules for the production of food, with the guarantee of a genuine, safe product that keeps its organoleptic characteristics intact. The quality of Riseria Campanini products is checked every day by our customers and periodically certified by national and international control institutes. Riseria Campanini has in fact the IFS, BIO and KOSHER certifications.
