Aws a5.14 ERNiCrMo-3 nickel alloy inconel 625 welding wire mig for welder
ERNiCrMo-3 welding wire is often referred to as 625 welding wire.
Used for welding 625 (N06625) alloy and 20 alloy, 825, 25-6Mo, 9% Ni steel or other molybdenum-containing steels, etc. It can also be used for welding of dissimilar materials and corrosion-resistant surfacing of material surfaces. Excellent mechanical properties at high and ultra-low temperatures, resistance to strong corrosion, stress corrosion cracking, pitting and crevice corrosion in a wide range of oxidation and reduction media.
Because of its high corrosion resistance, it can even be used for super stainless steel 904L. Unless special high temperature conditions are required, it can also be used for welding materials such as INCONEL series alloys 600 and 601 and INCOLOY series alloys 800 and 800H.
Use INCONEL 625 welding wire for submerged arc welding can be used to weld INCONEL 625 alloy or nickel steel, or for surface surfacing welding of steel. When submerged arc welding, INCOFLUX 7 submerged arc flux should be used. The weld metal has high strength and resistance to local corrosion such as pitting and crevice corrosion in a wide temperature range.
