A: After price confirmation, you can require for samples to check our quality.If you need the samples, we will charge for the sample cost .But the sample cost can be refundable after order confirmation when your quantity of the order is more about the MOQ.

Q2: What format of the file do you need if I want my own design?
A: We have our own designer. So you can provide JPG, AI,CDR or PDF, etc.We will draw artwork for mold or printing screen for your final confirmation based on technique.

Q3:Can you print customized Logo?
A: Yes, OEM is welcome, we can design for your according to your request.

Q4:How about shipment?
A: By sea, by air, or by international express as per your needs, and will inform you pricing accordingly.

7. Clients make payment for balance and we Ship the goods .
8. Inform the tracking number and check the status for clients.
