For tightly lined PTFE storage tanks: 
1. Make the tank shell according to the requirement .
2. Eliminate the slag on the entire lining surface and check whether the lining surface is flat.
3. Sandblasting the inner surface
4. Keep the inner surface clean and without any dusty
5. Carry out tightly lining process
6. Inspection: using the imported pinhole EDM detector for inspection until completion,
7. Make a water pressure test.
8. External anti-corrosion treatment,
9. Arrange shipment for the finished products

100% visual inspection and spark test on all welding seams. Adjust the device to the appropriate voltage, make the recorder, the
speed of probe movement should be 5-10cm/S, never hold the probe in one position for a long time to avoid the damage of base
material.
