Our moq is 2pcs. Each item needs to be 2pcs at least.
Q2: How do you ship?
We ship thru UPS or Fedex
Q3:Whats the shipping fees?
Our prices are not including the shipping fees.Shipping fees are calculated based on quantity
Q4: Whats the turn around time?
Our items usually ship in 5-7 days. Sometimes it delays because of some unexpected situations.
Q5:Do you offer samples?
Yes we do. Its $40/pc. It will be refunded when you place the real orders.
Q6:Return and refund policy
(1).We only accept return and refund for quality problem, such as cuttings, holes, not include any man-made damage of after using.
(2).Pls contact us with pictures within 3 days after you receive the order if have any damage.
(3).Pls confirm that the return items are with original packing, labels/hangtags, no wash and no dirty.
(4).Refunds are made if only the replacements are unavailable. But for the shipping costs of returned goods, buyers will be
responsible it.
(5). We will deal with your problems within 3 days after you sending us the message.
