hot melt glue is designed as an EVA or APAO or polyamide based hot melt glue used for bonding the pleats or folds of air or car filters (pleating of filter paper). It is applicable for bonding nonwoven with nonwoven or nonwoven with plastic. It is with excllent bonding strength, good temperature resistance, and without vertical flow.

Shanghai Rocky Adhesives Co.,Ltd, starts the production of adhesives since 1995. Up to now, we owns two factories with advanced production equipment and detection instrument. The Shanghai factory has a workshop of more than 10,000 square meters with annual productivity of 20,000 tons. The Chengdu factory has a workshop of more than 30,000 square meters with annual productivity of 50,000 tons of adhesives. Its water based and hot melt adhesives were tested and identified by authentication and ITS, which are accordant with contents of 58 kinds of SHVC specified by European Chemicals Agency, REACH regulation and RoHS and do not contain phthalic ester, heavy metal, toxic substances and substances harmful to the ozone layer etc
