GMP approve automatic PFS Sterile Injectable Hyaluronic Acid filler Dermal Filler syringe filling machine for syringe filling is a pre-filler developed for laboratory filling prefilled syringes. Applicable to: filling and stoppering of 1-20ml glass syringe (ie BD tube). 

Function introduce:

1. Manually insert the syringe from the slide into the filling dial: the syringe slides down the row of slides, the dial rotates intermittently, feeds the syringe one syringe at a time, and brings it to the corresponding work station (also can be used The automatic feeding mechanism is to manually install a honeycomb syringe at a time, and then automatically feed the machine, the cost is extra).

2.Syringe filling: The syringe is brought to the filling station by the dial wheel. The single needle is inserted into the syringe and the filling is raised. When filling, the syringe is sealed and vacuumed. The filling pump is filled with a ceramic pump.

3.Vacuum of the syringe plugging: The syringe after filling is rotated by the dial to the stoppering position. The rubber stopper is arranged by the oscillator and sent to the top of the syringe through the stopper rail. The stopper is first taken by the stopper rod. Upper, the plug rod and a vacuum body are integrated, while pressing down the syringe seal, vacuuming, and then adding the plug rod to the liquid level of the syringe.

4.Detachment of the finished product: The finished syringe after filling and squeezing can be collected by manual suspension after sliding through a slide.

The syringe is brought to the filling station by turn table and the single potting needle is inserted into the syringe and the filling side is raised. When filling, the syringe is sealed and vacuumed.

The filling pump, the filling needle, the stopper rod and the vacuum sealing body are all driven by independent servo motors, and all parameters can be set on the touch screen.

After syringe finish filling and plugging, it will output along the guider automaticlly.
