HVR MAG special designed Automatic bettery electro permanent lifting magnets no need other operate to clamping and releasing workpiece ,as well as equipped with a remote control for your choosing, this lifter is built-in battery power supply, A single charge can be used for 800 to 2000 cycles, because the energy is only used for a fraction of 3 seconds during the MAG and DEMAG phase.
1. The controller uses the most advanced electronic circuits, non-contact, can quickly set up eight parameters, such as the intensity of magnetization, magnetizing time, using remote control.
2. Batteries only work in the moment of magnetization and demagnetization. During the lifting and handling, the HBEP magnets will no longer the consumption of energy. So the HBEP magnet has obvious advantage of energy saving .
3. They can be widely used without power or access to power inconvenient forum, toxic, radioactive and other environment ,through
remote control. 4. The batteries can work 7 to 9 days and their charge state can be real-time monitored.
