INTRODUCTION
The sesame peeling washing machine is composed of a combination of a peeling drum and a washing drum. The barrel is a vertical cylinder, the internal space can be fully utilized, the volume is small, the structure is simple, the appearance is beautiful, easy to operate, and the maintenance rate is low. A compound agitator is used, which can produce axial flow splitting. Radial shunt function, the material is turned fully, and there is no dead angle. The use of a compound mixer shortens the time for sesame seeds to infuse, peel and separate, improve production efficiency, and improve product quality. The peeling machine is a special equipment for detaching the inner skin of sesame. It has the advantages of thorough peeling, perfect grain, white and bright.
Working Principle
The machine is mainly composed of a reducer, a tank, a composite stirrer, a separating screen, a water adding pipeline and various inlets and outlets.
The material is soaked in hot water with a certain amount of caustic soda. The reducer drives the agitator to rotate. Due to the structural characteristics of the composite agitator, the material is cyclically turned up and down, and the sesame and the foaming liquid are evenly and fully mixed.
The relative friction between the stirrer and the sesame, between the sesame and the sesame, separates the sesame and the kernel, so as to achieve the purpose of peeling the sesame.
Using the retention effect of the separating sieve plate, the sesame endothelium is separated and discharged, and the sesame kernels are retained, so as to achieve the purpose of separating the sesame skin kernels.
