1. Comes with a booster device. A pressurized tank is installed at the rear of the machine, and the sandblasting efficiency is about 1.5 times faster than that of the traditional bag machine when the air pressure is sufficient.
2. Add a one-key timing dust removal device. After get off work every day, the blasting master only needs to press the [Dust removal start] button to automatically remove dust with one button, saving manpower and time; while traditional bag machines need to push and pull dust all the time, which is slow and time-consuming.
3. Add high-precision filter element dust box. Dust removal on time, the service life of the filter element can be up to one to two years, and there is no dust splash, and it can be used in a dust-free workshop; while the cloth bag sandblasting machine on the market needs to manually clean the dust bag, and it needs to be replaced with a new cloth bag in two months ( If it is not replaced, the dust will be large and the sandblasting efficiency will be slow). The new machine effectively solves the problem of frequent replacement of cloth bags and large dust, which saves time and effort!
4. Add double oil-water separation device. It can effectively remove the water in the compressed air, avoid the water being mixed in the abrasive, thereby affecting the sandblasting effect, and avoiding the water remaining in the pipeline, thus affecting the service life of the machine parts.
