I Description of the machine

This automatic rotor winding machine is a double-flying fork winding machine specially designed for the production of slot-type commutator rotors. It is suitable for high-speed winding of medium and thick wire rotors. The machine design adopts the automatic cutting and clamping mechanism and the auxiliary line-in method to greatly improve the winding speed of the grooved rotor. This machine is widely used in DC winding of DC and series excitation motors.
