Product Advantages

Product detailes
Elevator
The potato raw materials are lifted into the peeling machine for peeling treatment, and a sinking sink is used at the entrance to remove the surface sediment
Washing peeler
Wash the potatoes and peel them with a cover to prevent water from splashing out.
Picking line
Manually select potatoes that have been cleaned and peeled to remove unclean areas and unqualified materials
Elevator
Transport the manually selected potatoes to the slicer for slicing
Cutter
Slice the cleaned and peeled potatoes, and install the equipment directly on the rinsing machine
Rinsing machine
Slice the cleaned and peeled potatoes, and install the equipment directly on the rinsing machine
Blanching machine
Blanch the potato chips with hot water at 60-95°C to remove starch and protect the color.
Water draining machine
Remove excess water on the surface of potato chips after blanching, shortening the subsequent frying time
Oil fryer
Fry the cooled potato chips
Vibrating oil drain machine
Use vibration to flatten the fried potato chips while removing excess oil on the surface.
Air cool drain machine
Remove excess oil on the surface of potato chips after frying, and at the same time, it can quickly cool down
Flavoring machine
